1. Data Controller

The data controller for personal data collected through tekkorde.eu is Tekkorde Media Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Floriańska 14/3, 31-021 Kraków, Poland. NIP: 6762598412. Contact: redakcja@tekkorde.eu.

2. Data Collected

Tekkorde.eu may collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Contact form submissions: Name, phone number, and email address submitted through the contact form on this site.
  • Server logs: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited — collected automatically by the web server for security and technical maintenance purposes.
  • Cookie consent preference: A record of whether the visitor has accepted or rejected cookie use, stored locally in the browser's localStorage.

Tekkorde.eu does not use analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), advertising networks, or social media tracking pixels.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Personal data submitted through the contact form is processed on the basis of the visitor's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and where applicable for the performance of a pre-contractual relationship (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Server log data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — specifically, the security and operational maintenance of the website.

4. Cookies

Tekkorde.eu uses a single functional cookie preference stored in browser localStorage to remember the visitor's consent choice (Accept or Reject). This preference does not identify the visitor and is not transmitted to any server. It expires when the browser's localStorage is cleared.

No third-party cookies are set by tekkorde.eu. No tracking or analytics cookies are used.

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 12 months from receipt, after which they are permanently deleted unless a contractual or legal obligation requires longer retention.

Server log data is retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted.

6. Data Sharing

Tekkorde Media Sp. z o.o. does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be disclosed to public authorities only if required by applicable Polish or EU law.

Server infrastructure is hosted within the European Economic Area. No data is transferred outside the EEA.

7. User Rights

Visitors whose personal data is processed have the following rights under GDPR:

  • Right of access to personal data held about them.
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").
  • Right to restriction of processing.
  • Right to data portability (where applicable).
  • Right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time (where processing is consent-based).

To exercise any of these rights, contact the data controller at redakcja@tekkorde.eu. Requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.

8. Complaints

Visitors who believe their personal data rights have been violated may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in applicable law or operational practice. The date of last update is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of tekkorde.eu after an update constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy.
